Shipping information

Shipping conditions:

Delivery is made within Germany and abroad.

We charge a flat rate of €4.99 for shipping within Germany.

From a minimum order value of 20 €, shipping within Germany is completely free of charge.

The delivery costs to foreign countries may vary and will be calculated individually.

Delivery times:

As far as no other period is indicated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany takes place within 1 - 3 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no delivery will be made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Delivery times abroad:

Special delivery periods apply for foreign countries. Insofar as no other period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods abroad takes place within 3 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
